We have three coaches that work stroke mechanics and improvements with competitive swimmers, masters swimmers, and triathletes. These lessons are for any that want to improve on their strokes to become more efficient in the water. SMALL GROUP These for 6 swimmers or fewer done by one of our three coaches that work on improvements in the stroke mechanics. These are also open to competitive swimmers of all ages, masters swimmers and triathletes.
